About Marta Hanson
Certified Strengths Coach
Marta Hanson is a passionate advocate with a background in leadership development, advocacy, and institutional change. As a coach, Marta brings an equity lens to the framework of strengths-based development to help individuals, managers, and teams connect with what they uniquely do best in order to increase their impact and enable them to thrive.
Marta's clients include civic leaders, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, certified benefit corporations, and universities across the country. She teaches the course Strengths-Based Leadership: Increase Your Impact and Thrive through Stanford Continuing Studies, and her work on strengths-based leadership has been featured in Forbes and General Assembly, among others.
Marta holds degrees in American Studies and Feminist Studies from Stanford University and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
