About Marta Hanson
Certified Strengths Coach
Marta Hanson is a passionate advocate working at the intersection of leadership development and social change. As a coach, Marta uses the framework of strengths-based development to help individuals, managers, and teams connect with what they uniquely do best in order to increase their impact and enable them to thrive. Marta has worked with nonprofits, leadership academies, entrepreneurs, university students, and more throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. She also teaches the course Strengths-Based Leadership: Increase Your Impact and Thrive through Stanford Continuing Studies.
Marta is a Certified Strengths Coach through Gallup, attended the Social Justice Training Institute in June 2016, and holds degrees in American Studies (concentration: Perspectives on Justice) and Feminist Studies from Stanford University.
